A Winter Gathering for Movement, Music and Connection

Sometimes winter can feel like we move through the days on autopilot, a little dimmer than you'd like.

This is a one-day invitation to step out of that and come back into movement, music and shared human connection.

Over this one day workshop you will experience:

This is a space to move, play and experience yourself outside of everyday roles and routines.

It’s not about getting anything right or performing.

You’ll be guided through simple movement and music-based experiences that help you feel more open, playful and alive.

No dance experience is needed.

Biodanza is a guided movement practice using music to support expression, connection and vitality.

We start with intention-setting and a powerful reflection: Who is your Rebel?

2. What Are Your Values?

Your rebellion stems from what deeply matters to you. You’ll explore your values and what frustrates you. Knowing what you’re rebelling for is just as important as knowing what you’re rebelling against.

3. The Courage to Rebel - Your Rebel Action Plan

Fear and doubt show up when you step outside the norm. You’ll explore the tension between fear and truth. You will be guided to take one step that brings you closer to who you are.

4. Rebel Self-Care

Living your values require energy. Learn how to sustain yourself through rest, boundaries, and practices to keep you grounded.
